Dressing: (make several hours or the night before & chill in fridge)
Juice of 1 lemon
1 Clove of Garlic, pressed (fresh taste's best)
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3/4 C. Cannola Oil
Blend Together
