We started our Saturday with a little adventure doing this...

then, came home and had a little time while my little guy was sleeping and before dinner plans, so I made Jayne this little skirt with matching top.

I just happen to find the matching top at Target and the adorable fabric at Joann's. It's a white polka dot underneath. The top fabric had to be lined. I used the same drop skirt pattern from
this blog. It turned out so cute. The perfect little outfit to wear to an early spring dinner. :-)

Try this skirt. It's easy (under 2 hours start to finish, with interruptions). you won't be disappointed.
This is so cute! You will have to teach me so I can make these cute skirts for Kaylynn. LOVE IT!
